Easy Christmas Rocky Road

A flexible Christmas rocky road recipe with chocolate, marshmallows and whatever festive additions your household actually likes.

Base formula

• 500 g chocolate
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1 cup crushed biscuits or nuts
• 1 cup extra additions: cherries, coconut, pretzels or lollies

Method

1. Melt chocolate gently.
2. Fold through additions.
3. Press into a lined tin and chill until firm.
4. Cut with a warm dry knife.

The correct rocky road is the one containing the things your family steals from the bowl while you are making it.
